How it works

Apply
Tell us about your business and where to pay you. We approve partners within one business day.

Share your link
Send clients your link, or a link straight to a name that suits them. Your partner page builds them for you.

They buy
If they buy within 90 days of clicking, the sale is yours, even if they make an offer first or pay an invoice later.

We pay you
Once the buyer has the name, we pay your fee into your bank account and email you a remittance.
Referral fees
Each rate applies to the part of the price inside its bracket, so a bigger sale always earns you more. Sales of $500 or more.

Partner terms
- Partners apply from their ProDomains account and must be approved by us. An ABN and an Australian bank account are needed to receive fees.
- A sale is credited to you when the buyer clicked your referral link in the 90 days before they made the offer or purchase. If they clicked more than one partner's link, the most recent one counts.
- Fees are paid on completed sales of $500 or more, at the rates above, calculated on the price the buyer paid (excluding any Escrow.com fees). Leases and lease payments don't earn fees at present.
- Some names are listed by other sellers at a reduced commission. On those, your fee is never more than half of our commission on the sale, so it may be smaller, or nil; your partner page shows this for each sale.
- No fee is paid on your own purchases, on names you list with us yourself, or on sales that are cancelled or refunded.
- We pay fees after the buyer has paid in full and the name has been transferred to them.
- You must tell your clients that you may receive a referral fee from ProDomains, and you must not represent yourself as acting for ProDomains or make promises about a name on our behalf.
- No spam, misleading advertising, or bidding on "ProDomains" in paid search. We may suspend a partner account and withhold unpaid fees for a breach.
- We may change the fee rates or these terms with 30 days' notice. Sales already credited to you keep the rate that applied when they were paid.
- Fee amounts include GST, if any. If you're registered for GST we may ask you for a tax invoice.
